Shipping policy

Ebooks and audiobooks are delivered by email from BookFunnel. You will receive an email from help@bookfunnel.com with the link to download the book. If you have any trouble, click the help link at the top of the BookFunnel page and they’ll be happy to help.

Physical items will be shipped to the address provided by the customer. Shipping times vary depending on the location of delivery and the service that is selected. You should receive an email when your order is shipped. 

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient if physical goods. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information. We are not liable if a packaged is marked as delivered to the address noted on the order. 

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.
